Vacation increased to 6 weeks for 30 years. Added 4 days funeral leave for spouse/children. Froze pension plan, added 401(k) match to 7%. S&A now $400 per week. Special wage adjustments of $2,000 life & AD&D insurance for all; 20¢ for 3 Mine Mechanics; $5.00 boot allowance for all, and $5.00 for safety glass for all. Special wage adjustments of 66¢ for 9 Forklift Drivers, 52¢ for 3 Material Handlers, and 32¢ for 5 PW-10s. Paid holidays increased from 9 to 10 plus 1 floating holiday.
