Justin Banks, LLC, Local 217C - Georgetown, DE

Effective dates of new agreement: 12/1/10 to 12/4/11. Contract was rolled over for one year. No changes. Reported by Vice President Gerry Setley.

BASF Corporation, Local 663C - Louisville, KY

Effective dates of new agreement: 2/1/10 to 2/1/14. Special wage adjustments of 29¢ for 2 Material Handlers and 45¢ for 10 Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Specs. Vacation increased to 6 weeks for 30 years. Added 4 days funeral leave for spouse/children. Froze pension plan, added 401(k) match to 7%. S&A now $400 per week. Morton Salt, Local 3C - Grand Saline, TX

Effective dates of new agreement: 11/1/10 to 10/31/13. Across the board wage adjustments of 50¢ effective 11/1/10; 50¢ effective 11/1/11, and 50¢ effective 11/1/12. Special wage adjustments of $2,000 life & AD&D insurance for all; 20¢ for 3 Mine Mechanics; $5.00 boot allowance for all, and $5.00 for safety glass for all. Company will provide opportunity for employees to participate in an LTD plan and contribute 5% of cost. Reported by Representative Kerry Phillips.

Effective dates of new agreement: 11/29/10 to 3/29/13. General wage adjustments of 3.5% effective 11/20/10 and 2.5% effective 3/29/12. Reported by Organizer Jerry Hurocy.

New Alenco, Local 780C - Bryan, TX

Effective dates of new agreement: 12/5/10 to 12/4/13. Wage adjustments of 0% effective 12/5/10; 1% effective 12/5/11; 1.5% effective 12/5/12. Special wage adjustments of 66¢ for 9 Forklift Drivers, 52¢ for 3 Material Handlers, and 32¢ for 5 PW-10s. Paid holidays increased from 9 to 10 plus 1 floating holiday. Overtime pay of 1-1/2 over 8 hours, double time on Sundays, 1-1/2 on Saturdays before holidays. Reported by Organizer Kerry Phillips.

Effective dates of new agreement: 11/4/10 to 9/30/13. Wage adjustment of 2.25% on base wage effective 11/8/10, 2.25% on base wage effective 10/1/11, and 2.25% on base wage effective 10/1/12. Sick leave bank was created/frozen. Reported by Vice President Gerry Setley.

Greater Clark County School District, Local 988C - Clark County, IN

Effective dates of new agreement: 9/1/09 to 9/30/12. .75% increase in wages effective 7/1/09; will receive same percentage raise as teachers effective 7/1/10 and 7/1/11. Reduced annual leave carry over (banked) from 160 hours to 120 hours per year. Reported by Organizer Jerry Hurocy.
