The members of ICWUC Local 967 were thrilled to ratify their most recent contract. They received a 10% salary increase in the first year and a 5% increase in the second year. They also received increases in their S&A benefits, boot allowance, vacation and gained a wellness day. Representative Ted Deloach said, after he was finished negotiating, “seeing workers so happy with the outcome is the reason we do this for a living”.
