Your Referral Can Make a Lasting Impact
Union membership gives workers a stronger voice on the job and strengthens our collective ability to negotiate better wages, benefits, and working conditions for everyone. If you know someone working in a non-union workplace who is facing challenges with pay, benefits, or workplace conditions, you can help.
Simply connect them with our organizing team. We will reach out, listen to their concerns, and discuss how a union may be able to support them.
Referral Rewards
If your referral leads to a successfully organized workplace, the ICWUC will reward you based on the size of the new bargaining unit:
- Up to 49 workers: $500 reward
- 50 to 99 workers: $750 reward
- 100 or more workers: $1,000 reward
How to Refer Someone
Making a referral is easy. Contact the organizing team and let us know about someone who may be interested in learning more about union representation. We will handle the rest.
Family members and retirees are also eligible to participate in the referral program and receive rewards for successful referrals.
